Terms and Conditions

The Platform connects publishers with advertising technology ("Ad Tech") providers and related digital monetization services.

• Publishers may use the Platform free of charge.
• Ad Tech providers may present, promote, or pitch their products and services through the Platform subject to applicable fees and commercial agreements.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
• You are acting on behalf of a business or professional entity where applicable;
• All information provided by you is accurate and up to date.

Publishers may:

• Create and maintain a free account;
• Browse and evaluate Ad Tech providers and services;
• Contact providers through the Platform where available.

DACHRepublic reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate publisher access in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Ad Tech providers who wish to showcase, promote, or pitch products or services on the Platform may be required to pay fees.

Specific pricing, billing terms, and commercial conditions may be agreed separately between DACHRepublic and the Ad Tech provider.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or removal of the provider account and related content.

Users are responsible for all information, descriptions, logos, materials, and other content uploaded or shared through the Platform.

You agree not to upload or distribute content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive;
• Violates intellectual property rights;
• Contains unlawful, harmful, or offensive material;
• Violates applicable laws or regulations.

DACHRepublic reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion.

All Platform content, branding, logos, software, and materials provided by DACHRepublic are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of DACHRepublic or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

Users may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting: info@dachrepublic.com

Upon receiving a deletion request, DACHRepublic will remove or deactivate the account within a reasonable period, subject to legal, contractual, or administrative retention requirements.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

DACHRepublic does not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free availability;
• Accuracy or completeness of third-party information;
• Business outcomes, revenues, or partnerships resulting from use of the Platform.

Users evaluate providers and opportunities at their own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DACHRepublic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Our total liability in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the respective user to DACHRepublic during the previous 12 months.

DACHRepublic may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if a user violates these Terms or engages in harmful or unlawful behavior.

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy of DACHRepublic.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
